Somebody, please look at me...

First, I LOVE cats and secoundly, I love mysterious stuff, which is what comes to mind every time I see this. Actually, its so mysterious, that it's just plain eerie, which is an unique combo. The shading is well done, the lines and coloring are pretty accurate too, perfect for any drawing, especially the type like this one. Cases like this, I like how there's not that much detail, and yet there's so much there, and that's a bit of a rare case most of the time. Other than the fact that this may remind a lot of people of Halloween, I don't know what else to say, since there's nothing wrong, nor are there any flaws of any kind.
